We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain pricing or product errors, or appear intended for unauthorized resale.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount.
6. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees will be displayed during checkout when required.
Prices and promotions may change at any time. Changes will not affect completed purchases except where required to correct an obvious pricing or technical error.
By providing a payment method, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable purchase price, taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees.
7. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
When you purchase a Chaitiva subscription, you are enrolling in an automatically renewing subscription.
Your selected payment method will be charged at the frequency and price disclosed when you subscribe unless and until you pause or cancel your subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
You authorize Chaitiva and its payment processors to automatically charge your payment method for each recurring order, including applicable taxes and other disclosed charges.
You may pause or cancel your subscription before your next order is processed through the methods provided on our website or by contacting customer support.
Once a recurring order has been processed, cancellation of the subscription applies to future orders and does not automatically cancel or refund the order already processed.
We may change subscription pricing or terms from time to time. When required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice before changes take effect.
Promotional subscription pricing may be subject to separate terms disclosed with the promotion.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery times may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Risk of loss and title to purchased products transfer as permitted by applicable law and the applicable carrier and shipping arrangements.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
Because Chaitiva products are consumable products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has shipped.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise unusable because of an issue with your order, please contact us within the timeframe specified in our Refund & Return Policy.
Eligible replacements or refunds may be provided at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Our separate Refund & Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Promotions and Discount Codes
Discounts, promotional offers, gifts, referral incentives, and coupon codes may be subject to additional terms.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
We reserve the right to cancel orders involving misuse, manipulation, or unauthorized use of promotions or discount codes.
11. Personal and Lawful Use
Products purchased through our website are intended for personal use unless otherwise authorized by Chaitiva.
You may not use our Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Chaitiva content without our prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to Chaitiva intellectual property except the limited right to use our website for its intended purpose.
13. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, comment, or other content to Chaitiva, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate the rights of another person.
