Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Subscribe & Save

When you choose Chaitiva’s Subscribe & Save option, you are enrolling in an automatically renewing monthly subscription.

Your subscription includes one 30-serving supply of Chaitiva delivered each month for $39 per delivery, with free standard shipping.

Your payment method will be automatically charged each month until you pause or cancel your subscription.

Pause or Cancel Anytime

We want Chaitiva to fit your routine — not lock you into one.

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.

Once an order has been processed, we may be unable to cancel or modify that shipment. Canceling your subscription after an order has processed will prevent future subscription orders, but will not cancel or refund the order already processed.

Changing Your Subscription

Where available through your customer account, you may manage your subscription, including:

• Pausing upcoming deliveries
• Canceling your subscription
• Updating your payment method
• Updating your shipping information

Any changes should be made before your next scheduled order is processed.

One-Time Purchases

Choosing Try It Once is a one-time purchase and does not enroll you in a subscription or automatic renewal.

You will only be charged for the order you place.

Refunds

Because Chaitiva is a consumable product, subscription orders that have already been processed are generally not eligible for return or refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise unusable due to an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll work to make it right in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
